To be tournament eligible

Must take the on-line NFHS exam and receive a score of 85 or higher

Must have attended the NFHS rules interpretation session

Must have attended three person mechanics presentation in the last 3 years

Must have umpired at least;

       25 high school varsity games in their career

       In the current year must have umpired at least 10 fast pitch games and at least 5 high school varsity games
