*Starting in 2025, and moving forward every year thereafter, fees would be adjusted equal to the previous twelve-month period (November-October) CPI-U (Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers) at no less than 1% and no greater than 4%.

Example: The CPI-U for 2022 is 7.7%.  For 2025, if it remains above 3%, the fee increase for varsity would be $3.00 (rounded to nearest $0.50). Making the fees for 2025: $95.00/$71.
